A. Shipping Cost And Tax:

  • Shipping charges: Free shipping
  • All prices and figures are listed in USD dollars.
  • All prices include tax.
  • We do not charge any membership fees.

B. Time for transit, handling, and order cutoff in the United States:

  • Handling time is 1 to 2 working days (Monday to Friday).
  • Transit time is 4 to 6 working days (Monday to Friday).
  • Order cut-off time will be 6 p.m.  (GMT-05:00) Eastern Standard Time

C. Delivery Terms:

We use DHL Express, UPS, and USPS for shipping delivery products.

D. Shipping Status:

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Friday) after receiving your order confirmation email that includes your tracking number. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. If you don't receive a shipping confirmation email right away, don't worry! You get your products at the right time. E. Order changes :

Once your order has been confirmed, it is modified or canceled. If you wish to return a product, you’ve outlined the returns procedure once you’ve received the item. As soon as possible contact us at sales@ruthwy.com

F. Change of Address:

We cannot change the delivery address once it is in transit. If you need to change the place to deliver your order, please contact us within 48 hours of placing your order at sales@ruthwy.com or call us at +1 307-620-5559

G. Multiple Addresses:

We do not provide shipping to multiple addresses for a single order. Please submit separate orders if you want products delivered to multiple addresses. If you need help regarding this, you can find it here: sales@ruthwy.com

H. Item not received :

If your order was correctly placed, but you haven't gotten it yet even though the tracking information indicates delivery. If you can't find the order products then as soon as possible contact with us.

J. Tracking an Order:

To track an order, you can track the order by visiting the Track Order page and entering the tracking number or order number.

K. Delayed:

There are certain instances of delay, though. If the order is delayed for more than 8 business days, we will notify you right away. 

L. Return:

Ruth Wy will happily accept returns due to a change of mind as long as the request is received by us within 30 days of you receiving the item. Must be the item returned to us in the original packaging, and unused. Returning the products then let us know by email at sales@ruthwy.com
