A. What if there is a problem with my order?

If there’s a problem with your order, the first thing to do is call our phone number. He or she will take care of you, no matter what. The only policy we have is we’ll do whatever it takes to fix the problem and make you happy. Returns are valid up to 30 days from the item purchase. 

If you purchased a product from us and are dissatisfied with it, you may return it for a refund or exchange within 30 days of the delivery date. Ship return Address:

B. Return Process:

  • First contact us by email: sales@ruthwy.com
  • We will give you some instructions by email.
  • Follow the instructions and choose the products you want to return.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

C. Returnable item:

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Within 30 days from the date of delivery.

Used items are non-returnable.

Noted: When the customer purchases the wrong product, it doesn’t fit, or they no longer want the item- this time customer’s responsibility to get the return label.

G. Exchange:

Within the first 48 hours after your order, you can request a replacement. To arrange an exchange, contact us at sales@ruthwy.com. After 48 hours or after shipment or transit, if you want to exchange the product, you'll have to pay for return shipping and there is no restocking fee.

If you want to exchange something after you've received it, you must keep all of the items and their packaging until your exchange request is approved. If your replacement product is temporarily out of stock, we will let you know as soon as it arrives, or we may suggest an alternative.

H. Cancelation:

You have 48 hours after placing your order to seek a cancellation. If you want to cancel your products within 48 hours Contact us as soon as possible at sales@ruthwy.com. After 48 hours or after shipment or transit, if you want to cancel the product, you'll have to pay for return shipping and there is no restocking fee.

I. Received defective Item:

If the purchased goods are torn, defective, or damaged by the carrier please contact us for an exchange within 7 days of delivery and the customer does not have to pay any return shipping fee.

 J. Refund option:

Return to the original payment method.

K. Return Shipping Fees And Restocking Fees:

  • You are responsible for the return shipping costs if the reason for the return is a customer issue (such as not liking or wanting the item, or ordering the wrong product).
  • If an order must be reshipped owing to a mistake other than ours (wrong address supplied, denied at delivery, not picked up from Post Office on time, etc). You are responsible for the return shipping costs.
  • If the return is due to our problems (such as incorrect products sent in your order, or quality problems of products), then you do not have to pay any return shipping fee.
  • There is no restocking fee.

L. Refund:

You will receive a notification through email as soon as your returned item has been received and evaluated. You will also be informed if your refund request was approved or denied. An answer will be sent in 4 to 7 business days if the refund request is granted.  

M. Late or Missing Refund:

If you haven't gotten your refund yet, double-check your bank account and then get in touch with the credit card company that issued your card. Your refund may not be legally credited right away. Refunds sometimes require processing time before they can be posted, so speak with your bank next. If you've tried everything and you still have not received your refund, kindly contact our customer care department.
